Pierogi mit Heidelbeeren

3 1/3 Cups of flour, sifted (450 g)
1 egg
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup of hot water (250 g)

1 hour

Roll Out

3,5-4 Inch circles (9-10 cm)

1/4 Cup sugar (50 g)
2 Cups blueberries (400 g)
Mash 1/4, Mix

1-2 tsp per circle
Fold in half, pinch Shit

Boil a few at a time in salted water until they float

Powdered sugar
Sour cream
